Chief Executive Officer
As original founder of Xact Duplicating, Inc. in 1994, Bob Polus is the Chief Executive Officer at XDD. Bob has played an instrumental, hands-on leadership role for 20+ years, having evolved the company from its roots in paper discovery to its present suite of eDiscovery, data management and managed review services.
President and Chief Operating Officer
David Moran is the President and Chief Operating Officer at XDD. As President and Chief Operating Officer, David leads overall XDD company operations including all Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, eDiscovery Operations and Legal / HR functions. David’s operational role focuses on optimizing XDD’s operational processes to maximize service output across multiple functional teams including; forensics, project management, project engineering, managed review and staff functions. David also plays an integral role on XDD’s merger and acquisition team as the company continues to expand its national footprint.
Prior to joining XDD, for 18 years David performed several executive leadership roles at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, an 18,000 person worldwide leader in travel services, including running several of the company’s businesses ranging in size from $20-$100M in revenue. Earlier in his career, David honed his leadership skills across multiple business functions at Pillsbury and Northwest Airlines, gaining a solid reputation as a skilled cross-departmental executive.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, David will execute his new role from Las Vegas, Nevada.
Chief Financial Officer (Retiring)
Jim has served as XDD Chief Financial Officer since 2008. Jim’s responsibilities include oversight of all aspects of accounting and finance. Prior to joining XDD, Jim was the Director of Finance for Continental American, a leading manufacturer of latex and foil balloons, and before was Chief Financial Officer of Stouse, Inc., a manufacturer of screen and flexo printed decals. Jim received a BS in Business Administration with a major in accounting from Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg, Missouri.
Chief Financial Officer (Incoming)
Andrea is the Chief Financial Officer at Xact Data Discovery, responsible for all accounting and financial matters. Andrea began her career with KPMG, and brings 20+ years of global experience with both public and private companies driving business transformation, growth and operational performance. Prior to joining XDD, Andrea held several senior finance leadership roles at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, a global leader specialized in business travel and $25B in sales, which included tenures in Canada, the United States and France. Andrea obtained her Bachelor of Commerce and CPA designation in Ontario, Canada.
Sr. Vice President of eDiscovery Operations
Bill Anderson is the Sr. Vice President of eDiscovery Operations at XDD. In over a decade of service as an eDiscovery specialist and project manager for major law firms, he supported litigation matter from litigation hold/collections to trial. Now focused solely on project management on the service provider side, he utilizes the latest technologies to create efficiency and cost savings in large and small eDiscovery matters, serving both a consultative and support role.
Executive Vice President, Sales
David Barrett is Executive Vice President of Sales at Xact Data Discovery. David leads, inspires and mentors XDD’s nationwide sales teams, while simultaneously providing strategic consulting to key clients. Prior to its recent acquisition by XDD, David is the former CEO of QDiscovery, having built the 65+ person company four years ago in New London, CT.
Spanning his 20+ years in the eDiscovery industry, David has held sales leadership and executive level positions at DTI, EED and Daticon, where he directed teams of managing partners, sales executives and service delivery teams to success. A graduate of Bryant University, David holds a BSBA with degrees in Computer Information Systems and Marketing.
Managing Director, UK
Rob Crowley is XDD’s Managing Director, United Kingdom, leading teams in London and Manchester, UK. Rob has over 13 years’ experience in eDiscovery, computer forensics and sales. Most recently acting as Managing Director at Anexsys in the UK, Rob has led a range of high-profile eDiscovery engagements throughout his career, including providing technical oversight of a pan-European automotive competition matter, supporting a sensitive public inquiry, and leading a number of on-site investigation matters.
Rob started his career within KPMG’s forensic technology team, before joining EY’s fraud investigation & dispute services team as an eDiscovery project manager. Prior to Anexsys Rob held the position of Regional Manager for EMEA at the technology and information management company Recommind (now Opentext), where he was responsible for sales to corporations and law firms. Rob holds a BSc in Digital Forensics from the University of Portsmouth.
Chief Marketing Officer
Bob (Max) Lorum is the Chief Marketing Officer at XDD. Bob directs all worldwide brand strategy, marketing, educational content, product management / marketing, lead generation and inside sales initiatives for XDD.
During his first tenure with XDD in 2006 as VP of Marketing, Bob created, rebranded and repositioned XDD as the company transitioned from paper to eDiscovery. Bob rejoined XDD in 2016 as Chief Marketing Officer after a 10-year hiatus mastering his skills in the marketing / advertising industry as President of Marketing Sherpa, a 40-person marketing research and optimization firm that taught marketers how to be better marketers. Over the previous 5 years, Bob worked as VP of Marketing and Branding for iCONECT and Modus eDiscovery in Washington, DC honing his creative, leadership and strategic skills.
Chief Legal Officer
Kate Mortensen is the Chief Legal Officer of Xact Data Discovery. As the Chief Legal Officer, Kate is responsible for the oversight of all legal matters and the management of outside counsel. As a strategic partner with Senior Management, Kate assists with the implementation of strategic business initiatives with an eye toward potential issues of risk and compliance. Kate obtained both her JD and MBA in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Executive Vice President, Sales
Nick Reizen is Executive Vice President, Sales at XDD. Nick, and the diverse teams he leads, has been delivering high-quality, cost-effective consulting services to the legal community for 15 years. Using the EDRM as a guide, Reizen helps XDD clients envision plans downstream by simplifying complex, technical processes in tandem with presenting data / review road maps that are easy to understand for technical and non-technical attorneys.
Supporting our Executive Committee, the XDD Leadership Committee plays a hands-on role in executing all XDD initiatives internally and externally.
Regional Vice President - eDiscovery Sales
Paul Allieri is Regional Vice President – eDiscovery Sales at XDD. Paul has massed 25+ years’ experience in litigation support and document-related technologies, providing services to major law firms and corporate law departments. With his knowledge and experience within the legal and technology sectors, Paul provides a powerful blend of leadership, technical and communications expertise to the table.
Before coming to XDD, Paul was a member of the Senior Leader Team at Special Counsel working as a SVP of 13 Local Discovery Centers across North America. He was also the VP of Sales at D4 eDiscovery and a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at The Darcel Group in NYC. Earlier in his career, Paul performed multiple hands-on leadership roles at IKON Office Solutions, helping hone his skills on multiple fronts.
Known for establishing lasting, genuine relationships, Paul has built a reputation throughout the industry for thoroughness and competence in his field. In addition, Paul holds an MBA in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Villanova University.
Vice President of Finance
Cheryl Brunetti is the Vice President of Finance at XDD. Having joined XDD as part of a business acquisition with RVM Enterprises on July 1st, 2020, Cheryl is assisting with the financial integration of both companies. Prior to joining XDD, Cheryl Brunetti was the Executive Chairwoman at RVM Enterprises, Inc., having chaired the RVM board of directors and managed the human resources, finance, accounting, legal and tax departments.
Ms. Brunetti, a licensed C.P.A., is an accomplished business executive and entrepreneur with leadership and management experience in all aspects of business operations, including: financial and strategic planning; accounting and financial operations; real property; contracts; tax; compliance; startups and external relationships. She is known for her strategic thinking and ability to thoroughly analyze business systems and to make tough, executive decisions.
Ms. Brunetti joined RVM in 2004 as its Chief Financial Officer. Since that time, the company experienced tremendous growth and Ms. Brunetti has become the company’s majority stockholder and its senior-most executive. In 2014 Ms. Brunetti was named one of the Best 50 Women in Business by NJ BIZ. She was also instrumental in RVM’s recognition on the Women Presidents Organization list of the fastest growing women-led businesses around the globe.
Vice President, eDiscovery Sales
Vinnie Brunetti is the Vice President, eDiscovery Sales at XDD. Having joined XDD as part of a business acquisition with RVM Enterprises on July 1st, 2020, Vinnie is the founder of RVM and sits on the Board of Directors. Vinnie directly manages a dedicated sales team at XDD.
Mr. Brunetti is an accomplished entrepreneur and seasoned business executive. He is responsible for the successful management and growth of the company’s product portfolio, branding, sales and marketing efforts. Vinnie is known throughout the industry as a man of integrity, with an unparalleled commitment to customer service.
Mr. Brunetti founded RVM in 1996. Since that time, the company has experience tremendous growth and received accolades for its rise from INC Magazine and the WPO. Mr. Brunetti has sought out organizations that support education and provide a helping hand to those in need. Vinnie and RVM have been, and will continue to be, strong supporters of NJ Law and Education Empowerment Project.
Vice President of Project Management
Kathleen Frawley is the VP of Project Management for Xact Data Discovery. Kathleen has 15+ years’ experience in eDiscovery, having started her career on the client-side at a Fortune 500 company. Having transitioned to the vendor-side several years ago, she uses her client-side experience to provide stellar service to customers by utilizing XDD’s advanced processes and practices. She currently leads the XDD PM, Hosted Support and Analytics teams from Dallas, TX. Kathleen has also been instrumental in developing, implementing and optimizing many of XDD’s internal processes and procedures, training and integration workflows.
Vice President of Finance
Keri Hall is the Vice President of Finance at XDD. A 12 year XDD veteran and graduate of Park University, Keri leads the finance function focusing on M&A, FP&A, budgeting, and billing. Having held other senior leadership roles within the company, Keri is uniquely qualified to lead cross-departmental initiatives that drive efficiency, growth, and profitability. Keri’s strong business acumen and passion for the organization have allowed her to build strong, long-tenured teams that are focused on maximizing shareholder value.
Director, Human Resources
Jodi Hilton is the Director of Human Resources at Xact Data Discovery. Joining XDD in early 2020, Jodi manages all HR and payroll functions, including the development and optimization of processes, procedures, training and policies. In parallel, Jodi develops and follows HR best practices in recruiting, onboarding, compliance, employee health, development / training, payroll / compensation, employee benefits, engagement / culture and employee relations.
Jodi’s success can be attributed to the unique philosophy she follows – if an organization takes care of its employees, the employees will take care of the organization. Jodi brings 20+ years’ experience to the XDD table having lead, developed and improved HR functions at various private, public and non-profit organizations as a leader and consultant. Performing her role from XDD’s headquarters in Mission, KS, Jodi obtained her Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology at Emporia State University in Emporia, KS.
Vice President of eDiscovery Operations
Sean King is the Vice President of eDiscovery Operations at XDD. Having joined XDD as part of a business acquisition with RVM Enterprises on July 1st, 2020, Sean oversees client-facing and client-supporting teams ensuring that the experience our clients have is of quality, efficient, and consistent. Mr. King knows that a collaborative and consultative approach to partnering with clients is of immeasurable importance throughout the lifecycle of any matter. He oversees a talented group of professionals that act as key resources to ensure the client is informed of options and best practices, how best to leverage technology, maintain budgets, and meet the overall expectations.
Sean brings over 15 years of litigation and eDiscovery support experience to this role. In addition to his recent role at RVM, Sean previously led a global team of litigation technology professionals at a premiere international law firm. His experience as a client seeking the services of industry experts, brings a deep understanding of what is important in the client experience.
In that role, Sean has led the firm’s technology and eDiscovery training programs, provided consulting services, and supported large scale matters. At RVM, Mr. King’s clients included large pharmaceutical companies, major financial institutions, large telecommunication clients, international clients, and numerous smaller clients looking to leverage technology on IP Litigation matters, Bankruptcy litigations, government investigations, and internal investigations.
Regional Vice President – eDiscovery West Sales
Rob Lara is Regional Vice President – eDiscovery West Sales at XDD. Rob has over 20 years of experience in litigation support and document-related technologies. This experience has led to a passion to help law firms, corporations and municipalities reduce their legal spend and security risk by leveraging the use of leading technologies combined with mature expert workflows, automated processes, defensible triggers and tasks. All while focusing on lowering legal risks and slashing costs.
Throughout his career Rob has been a results driven leader with a strong background in sales management, new account acquisition, and business solution deployment. People oriented manager and recognized innovator with strong client analytical and strategic planning skills. Consistent outstanding record of exceeding personal and organizational sales goals.
Most recently Rob was the Marketplace Leader for the San Francisco Bay Area at EPIQ (formerly DTI.) Team leader of a dynamic sales team focused on client satisfaction and meeting goals.
Director, Sales Operations
Greg Larson is the Director of Sales Operations and a Solutions Architect for Xact Data Discovery. Greg is responsible for XDD’s client intake process, specializing in getting projects off to a great start and successfully linking clients to their dedicated project management team. He optimizes the gray area between sales and delivery to ensure projects begin correctly and client expectations are met – in turn, minimizing the potential for unpleasant surprises on both ends. In addition, Greg assists clients on a national basis with data management, eDiscovery, managed review and consulting needs.
Greg brings 30+ years’ experience in the legal industry supporting Fortune 500 companies and AmLaw100 law firms. He has 15 years of eDiscovery experience focusing on creating positive customer experiences. Greg’s blended background in legal and technology industries enables him to transcend the communication gap between technical and non-technical individuals.
Vice President, Forensic Services
Paul Price is the Vice President, Forensic Services at Xact Data Discovery, where he manages the firm’s technical operations in areas of digital forensics and cyber security. In addition to supervising forensic examiners, he maintains an active case load and conduct digital forensic investigations for civil litigation, criminal matters, internal investigations, and cyber security efforts.
Prior to entering the private sector as a consultant, Mr. Price gained invaluable experience and training as a law enforcement officer, where he received certification as a Computer Forensic Examiner. Over the course of his career, Mr. Price has conducted, assisted, or supervised over 1000 forensic exams for local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies as well as law firms, corporations, and private individuals. His law enforcement background includes specialized assignments in Financial Crimes Investigation, Crime Scene, Computer Forensics, and Counterterrorism. Paul spent the last five years of his law enforcement career on assignment with the FBI working National Security matters and held a TS/SCI security clearance.
Mr. Price has worked on several high-profile engagements around the globe including cases dealing with Intellectual Properties, Trade Secrets, Bankruptcy, Embezzlement, Fraud, Commercial Litigation, Family Law, and Criminal matters. His work requires him to identify, preserve, analyze, and document electronically stored information (ESI) from computers, servers, mobile devices, VOIP systems, and many other sources of ESI for the purposes of evidentiary or root cause analysis. Mr. Price has been recognized and testified as a forensic expert in legal proceedings pending in both State and Federal courts.
Vice President of Information Technology
Geoffrey Sherman is the Vice President of Information Technology at XDD. Having joined XDD as part of a business acquisition with RVM Enterprises on July 1st, 2020, Geoffrey’s primary focus is the architecture, security, progression and maintenance of XDD’s corporate infrastructure. He co-manages a team of engineers and support administrators which serve XDD’s internal staff and external clients.
In his previous role as Chief Technology Officer at RVM, Geoffrey was instrumental in building out key lines of business including Professional Services, Online Hosted Review and Application Development. This internal experience has allowed for Geoffrey to consult for RVM’s clients on application design, information governance, litigation response and infrastructure planning.
Mr. Sherman holds numerous certifications and credentials within the field of litigation support and information security. Geoffrey is a Relativity Certified Expert (RCE) holding Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), Certified User, Infrastructure Specialist and Sales Professional certifications. He is also an ISO27001 Certified Lead Implementer and ITIL V3 Foundations Certified. He is in demand as a speaker at industry conferences throughout the nation and has contributed works to notable publications. Geoffrey holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from the University at Buffalo in New York.

Roshan is the Vice President of Information Technology at XDD. Roshan ensures XDD remains on the cutting edge of technology across multiple facets, in parallel with providing exceptional support to our clients and internal staff.
VP of Product Management
Drew Stern is the VP of Product Management at XDD. As the former CEO of Esquify, Drew came to the XDD family via our acquisition of Esquify’s award winning, AI-driven workforce management platform. As a product innovator and accomplished technology executive, Drew has held leadership positions at Salesforce, American Express and Buddy Media, has been recognized as ‘40 Under 40’ by M&A Advisor and a ‘Notable LGBTQ Exec’ by Crain’s Business Chicago, and holds his MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
Vice President, Managed Review Services
Dave Sundwall is our Vice President, Managed Review Services and leads our overall Managed Review organization, based in our Salt Lake City office. Dave was most recently the Sr. Director, Managed Review Services responsible for our Salt Lake Managed Review operation. Prior to joining XDD in 2016, Dave worked at Orange Legal Technologies and worked on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee. Dave is a registered patent attorney and has a B.S. in Biology from the University of Maryland and a JD from the University of Utah.
