Paul specializes in developing efficient and defensible solutions, including custom TAR workflows, for clients with unusually large matters or complex issues. Paul is a Relativity Certified Master, with certifications in both Analytics and Assisted Review, and he has provided expert witness testimony and depositions, has been featured on the kCura Advice Blog, and has presented case studies at LegalTech NY.
- Chris is both an attorney and an ACEDS Certified eDiscovery Specialist with over a decade of experience in private practice and over another decade of experience in litigation technology and services, counseling Fortune 500 companies on their eDiscovery efforts and designing and managing their reviews. Chris is also an expert-level Relativity database administrator and is passionate about leveraging technology to expedite his clients’ understanding of their data and their case. Before focusing full-time on analytics and assisted review, Chris shepherded XDD’s Managed Review services, from their inception, to a size of over 250 attorneys and project managers nationwide.
