The recent acquisition marks the first of several new business expansion endeavors XDD is presently pursuing in the US and abroad.
The acquisition included 100% of all business assets, personnel and current customers. Thomas Bishop, a former executive with a digital document management company and newest member of the XDD management team will be responsible for the new office.
