XDD Webinar – A Supercomputer in Every Pocket: Mobile Devices in eDiscovery, 2019 Edition

RSVP for XDD Webinar on Mobile Devices, “A Supercomputer in Every Pocket: Mobile Devices in eDiscovery, 2019 Edition
Wed, Aug 28th, 1 PM EDT

Today, the average smartphone “has more computing power than all of NASA when it put the first men on the moon in 1969,” and the vast majority of your key players and other custodians have one in their pocket. Smartphones are owned by 81% of adults in the United States, and users spend more minutes each day on their smartphones than on traditional computers. The shift from traditional computers to mobile devices is also affecting the way employees conduct business, with a majority now using texting for business purposes and a wide range of collaboration and communication apps now available.

As a result of these shifts, mobile devices – especially smartphones – are turning up frequently as relevant sources in litigation. Unfortunately, smartphones and other mobile devices present a range of unique challenges and complications.
