Welcome to the XDD Non-Harassment Policy & Training Page. Please look for the correct section below to:

Required Non-Harassment Video Training for Employees

(not working in New York, Connecticut, Illinois, or California)

You must answer questions following the video to get credit for taking the training.

California Employees

California Training Instructions (for non-supervisory Employees)

If you work in California, please complete the required training provided by the state by following the instructions below:

  • Select the language you want the training in.
  • Select the Non-Supervisory training, unless you have California employees reporting to you.

  • Once you have completed watching each section and answering the questions that pop up, you will receive your Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Certificate.

Important Reminders:

  1. It is required that you save and send us the certificate of completion once you are done with the online class to receive credit for taking the course.
  2. The California training gives you the contact information for the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), but remember it is important to report harassment or discrimination complaints to XDD management or me first, so we may investigate and handle appropriately.

Connecticut Employees

Connecticut Training Instructions (for non-supervisory Employees)

If you work in Connecticut, please complete the required training provided by the state by following the instructions below:

  1. If you are on the XDD network, please disconnect from VPN by following the below steps:
    1. Click on the  at the bottom right corner of the screen
    2. Click on the icon.
    3. Click Disconnect.
  2. Click on this link Connecticut Harassment Training to begin viewing the required videos listed below and answering the questions presented between each section presented:
    1. Section 1: Sexual Harassment at Work
    2. Section 2: Sexual Harassment Laws
    3. Section 3: Best Practices
    4. Section 4: The Changing World of Sexual Harassment Claims
    5. Section 5: Filing a Complaint
    6. Section 6 is optional, not required.
  3. Once you have completed watching each section and answering the questions that pop up, you will receive an email with your Connecticut Commission on Human Rights & Opportunities Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Certificate.
    1. Please forward the email to me at jhilton@xactdatadiscovery.com so you receive full credit.
  4. Thank you!

California Supervisory Training Instructions

If you supervise an employee who works in California, you must take this training.

Please complete the required two-hour training provided by the state by following the instructions below:

  1. Click on this link: https://www.dfeh.ca.gov/shpt/
  2. Select the Supervisory training if you have California employees reporting to you.
  3. Once you have completed watching each section and answering the questions that pop up, you will receive your Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for Supervisors Certificate.

Note that while you may be able to hide your identity when reporting harassment, if we are unable to properly investigate by asking you specific questions, we may not be able to prove the allegations. As stated in the training, we maintain the level of confidentiality that we can while performing proper investigations.
